Omaha High-Low

Not a game for beginners is high-low. If you have the basics of playing Omaha intus, one is still far from ripe for high-low. Although the rules are basically the same, there are at the Hi / Lo version's think for a lot more to toast. Poker Olymp tells you why.

Omaha high-low game has the same trend as Omaha. The difference is that there can be not only a high ( "high") but also the lowest hand ( "low"). The pot is split between the highest and the lowest in equal parts. There is no low, the High wins the whole pot.

The buzz

The buzz is just like the best hand in Omaha, beginning with the Royal Flush. Just as in Omaha two hole cards and three community cards must be used.

The low

Are the lowest hand is often more difficult than people think. Here also, two hole cards and three community cards must be used. The highest card for a low may be) the Eight (8th This is called "eight-low." "Seven-low" means that one has a seven (7) and four lower cards. The best low hand that is possible is called the "Wheel" - a road to five (5-4-3-2-A). The worst has been low in a straight 8-4 Do not lie at least three cards that are lower than 8 on the board, so it is not possible to have a low.

Examples
8-4-3-2-A is worse than 7-6-5-4-3

8-6-5-4-2 is worse than 8-6-5-4-A

9-4-3-2-A is not a low

If you need to see these examples and think - you can stay away from high-low. You are not ready for it!

When gambling online, skilled poker players can play at multiple tables simultaneously thus allowing them to play many more hands per hour than what they can play in a land based casino thus increasing their average winning rate per hour.
